Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and we’re getting ready for a lovely evening at Bartons Mill. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two or a special night out, secure your table early, spaces always go quickly.

Duck Race
Our much-loved Annual Duck Race is back, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone for a fun day by the river. This is one of our favourite community traditions, expect laughter, friendly competition, and plenty to enjoy for all ages.
Join us this Bank Holiday Monday from 12pm for a full day of family fun by the river. Expect duck races, games, a BBQ, cold drinks, and all the summer vibes.
How it works
Numbered ducks are released into the water and race their way downstream. Cheer yours on and see if it crosses the finish line first, there are prizes up for grabs for the winners.
On the day you can enjoy:
• A great atmosphere on the riverside
• Children’s activities and family fun
• Food and drinks available from the pub
• Raffles and spot prizes throughout the event
Bring friends, family, and your best cheering voice, and don’t forget to pick your duck early as numbers are limited.
